After years of research and speaking engagements, speaker and author Kimberly West has married the concept of personality styles with ballroom dance, animation and unique maps! She has created a website, www.TempoTemperaments.com to house these fun and informative characters and ideas.

Kimberly, an avid ballroom dancer, thought it would be a great visual if she could have actual ballroom dance couples in her live seminars. The result was she assigned a type of ballroom dance to each personality style.

"I had studied personality temperaments for years. I love all the different types of systems out there, but for me something was missing. When I was thinking of how to make the seminars more interesting and spread the virtues of my hobby of ballroom dancing at the same time, I realized I had a winner," said Kimberly.
