When it comes
to the current economic crisis, does it matter what personality style you are? I say absolutely! It is essential for you to
understand what is happening with you and the people around you.
Let's say that you love being in control,
like to take risks, take the lead, be fearless...you probably "Salsa" through life. You are extroverted and thinking
oriented. You like to make decisions based on facts and you like to act quickly--and control is VERY important to you. You
might be feeling a bit unnerved because things are happening that are really out of your control--so what do you do?
You want to control everything else that comes your way--like your children and spouse. You might become more demanding,
a bit more bossy, and cranky. This time of uncertain times is a perfect example to a personality principle I think is very
important: when you are tired, hungry, sick, or under stress your negative personality characteristics are more apt to come
out and are harder to control.
The answer is for you to understand what is going on--appropriately control the things
that are in your scope and make sure that you have outlets for all that energy--a workout regime would be great.
This is an example using "Salsa," more styles and how they react coming...hang in there!
