Kimberley West, a proud Swing/Salsa, is the founder
of Tempo Temperaments, which is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Kimberley has been delighting
audiences for years teaching people the empowering knowledge of understanding personality styles. She is the only person to
use music/ballroom dance and animated characters in her creative keynotes and seminars. Kimberley
has a background in teaching, counseling, finance, and marketing. She has been awarded an inclusion in Who's Who in the West
for being the only woman and youngest executive of AM International, a former Fortune 500 company. (Something a typical Salsa
would do at only 26!)
"I speak occasionally now while I am focused on creating a new on-line personality assessment
that involves a game-like animated map user interface. I am open to partners for this new venture franchise brand development.
Other products in development: books, DVDs, CDs, speaker training, and other fun items," she said. She is an involved person who likes to help her community and bring people together. She is a former Tournament of
Roses member, FAME choir member, South African ballroom dance advocate, SAG-AFTRA member, and comedy traffic school instructor.

Tempo Temperaments was born between The Music Man Square in Mason City, Iowa (hometown of the Music Man Meredith
Willson) and the historic Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa (Buddy Holly's last concert site.) Our
company is an innovative "edutainment" firm that specializes in teaching personality styles in a unique way by using
animation and music/ballroom dance. Founder Kimberly West says, "I taught and studied personality styles for years, but
