Above: HOW IT WORKS--This video gives a
short introduction on HOW this fun program works. We ask "How do you dance through life?" or "What is your
temperament's tempo?" It's not what kind of music you like--it's imagine your temperament personality style BECOMING
a tempo dance.
It's easy: just observe each set of dancers, watch how fast they move, intensity level,
high or low energy, rigid or flowing. You will see that just like these dances a person's temperament moves through life.

Clips of live seminars that use ballroom dance music
and couples to SHOW what your personality style looks and sounds like. (This is 7 minutes) "How do you dance through
life?" Watch the dancers and notice what their energy level is, if they are flowing or rigid, outgoing or more introverted.
You can see and hear each personality style in the dances.
Introverts: Waltz=feeling, Tango= thinking Extroverts: Salsa=thinking, Swing=feeling (there
are many types and tempos of each dance creating many types of personality temperament styles, not just 4)
Dancing
with the Stars had a personality style expert analyze the dancers. They took a personality test similar to the Myers-Briggs
test.
Dr. Schwartz predicted the winner this way!

"Kimberly was full
of life and she made it easy for me to see my personality. It was insightful to see what I look like to others. I now understand
my friends better and it has changed how I look at everyone. Highly recommend this program--it should be taught in schools."
R. Borcherding, UCLA honors graduate

sparkling personality and the excitement of the dancers made it fun and memorable! I give it a "10"! National Wellness Association attendee, M.J.
